    Our sweeteners offer a great-tasting way to replace sugars. We can replace part
    or all of the sugars with SPLENDA® Sucralose, TASTEVA™ Stevia Sweetener, PUREFRUIT™ Monk Fruit Extract, KRYSTAR® or FRUCTOPURE® Fructose.

    Our research into how fructose works with other sweeteners has given us plenty
    of options to reduce calories while keeping a full-calorie mouthfeel.

    Our range of emulsifying modified food starches ensures optimal stability of your flavour emulsions – maximising shelf life and avoiding ring formation.
     
    Our ISOSWEET® and ISOSUGAR® high fructose corn syrup ranges are valued
    for their clean sweetness, extraordinary purity and colour stability, and the fact that they show no sugar inversion.
     
    We also offer tailored syrups that combine the sweetness of fructose with the mouthfeel properties of higher sugars. These are perfect for your low-brix carbonates, such as reduced-sugar lemonade.
